Science and Faith At Work
CBMC's Marketplace Ambassador Advancement System is grounded in 2 Corinthians 5:20 where the Apostle Paul states
"So we are Christ's ambassadors..." This system is designed to equip and empower individuals to become effective ambassadors for Christ in the marketplace (a.k.a. Marketplace Ambassadors).

Science and Faith At Work
by Drew Crandall
Genesis 1:1 (KJV): "In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth."
COMMENTARY: Imagine if someone asked you how your company was founded, and you seriously replied, "Oh, no one actually started the business. It began with a big explosion and evolved over millions of years. The same thing happened with all of the products we sell. No one designed them, they just evolved."
APPLICATION: We all know that businesses don't just "happen." As ridiculous and absurd as the above scenario may seem, that's what evolutionary thinking does to your worldview. It foolishly denies and dumbs down the majesty and awesomeness of our Creator.
Many people in workplaces today have brilliant scientific- and technology-oriented minds. And yet, they buy into evolution lock, stock and barrel, thinking that evolution is scientific fact. It is not. The reality is, evolution has always been a theory. It is still a theory. It will always be a theory. And a lousy one at that.
On Saturday, August 27 from 8:45 am to 4:30 pm in Stamford, Connecticut, a group of Christian business owners, scientists, and a local church are collaborating to sponsor the Fairfield County Creation Science Conference. It will be held at Stamford Baptist Church, 602 High Ridge Road. Admission is free and open to the public. The scientific content is appropriate for teenagers and adults. Dress is casual. Online pre-registration is recommended at www.CreationCT.com, as seating is limited to 250 participants.
This conference is within a decent driving radius of much of the Northeast and hence, many people receiving this Salt Mine devotion. Consider yourself invited. And the next time you hear a colleague talk about evolution, if and when it's appropriate, dare to chime in and declare the Glory of God!
