Your Money Management Speaks Volumes
"He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust true riches?"
Luke16:11-11 (KJV)

COMMENTARY: Money management is a primary component of your workplace, industry, and the local, regional, national and global economy.

On one end of the spectrum, there's the "greed is good" crowd. One-sided money management policies and practices that focus on "I win, you lose" are ripe with theft, corruption, unfairness, manipulation and abuse. This crowd doesn't care about the financial impact on others. If they leave a trail of financial destruction and pain in their wake, so what? Who cares?

On the other end of the spectrum, there's the "God is good" crowd. Two-sided money management policies and practices that focus on "I win, you win" are ripe with integrity and fairness. This crowd cares about the financial impact on others. They are diligent about honoring their financial obligations and debts, no matter what. They leave a trail of financial uprightness, wholeness and blessing in their wake.

APPLICATION: Which crowd are you a part of? If you want to be a great man or woman of God, financial integrity must be a cornerstone of your life, personally and in the workplace. Honoring your financial obligations is foundational to bearing good fruit spiritually. There are no short cuts.

In 2018, please make a commitment to pay your bills, through the good times and the bad. Through this simple act of faith-filled obedience, your witness to others will shine more brightly than you may ever realize.

Joyfully yours,
Drew
